Looks great but doesn’t work

Really poor quality. So poor in fact that mine must be a bad batch. I bought 3, and one arrive the knob was broken off - which is just my bad luck. The other two have been fitted but the knobs are very wobbly and do not twist with accuracy. Sometimes they jam in the open position other times they jam shut and take excessive force to twist. I reported these issues to customer service who, to their credit were fantastic. A replacement for the broken one was quickly sent out, but to my disappointment it too didn’t twist “cleanly”. I reported it, and yet again the service was fantastic and three replacements were sent to me. I know own 6 wobbly latches which aren’t fit for purpose! Worse still, I can’t find they same anti brass style, shape and size anywhere else and I have screw holes in my new doors. In short, they look great but don’t work.

Taken out of pack and fell to bits I don’t expect much from this type of hardware but really poor for the money
