more instructions on how to fit
good spring but instructions on how to fit non-existent. Therefore put one spring wrong way round should have been running upwards instead of across. Therefore plastic snapped and broke. I was using for loft hatch

Excellent product
Bought for a loft hatch, excellent website clearly describes upward or downwards and force. Easy to fit, came complete with screws but I used my own screws. Works well.
