Not suitable but customer service fab!!

Bought these struts to help with a heavy lid..unfortunately they were not strong enough but didn't realise until fitted. My joiner rang and customer services were amazing helping him by searching if they had stronger ones in stock. They also advised that they had free returns policy! Although I didn't get what I wanted the level of customer service was so good I would def purchase again!

Compact and tidy, great for children's toy box

Made my grandson a big toy box, needed a soft closing system for the lid, these fit the bill nicely. Having read the tech spec ordered a range of them from 80n to 150n it was clear the sheet calculating the rating vs lid weight was incorrect (go back to school guys) calculator said I needed an 80n to work ended up with the 120n to work correctly. Apart from that does a great job

Excellant Customer Service

I mistakingly ordered the wrong type of stay and when order arrived 3 of the 4 had lost the gas and were faulty. The correct order was then taken and the faulty ones investigated with the supplier.
