Return your parcel to your local Post Office
Parcels should not exceed a max weight of 20kg, a max length of 61cm, a max width of 46cm and max thickness/depth of 46cm.

We unfortunately do not accept returns after 28 days unless the item has failed in guarantee. If this is the case, then please call us on 01268 723 008 to discuss further.
Refunds will take between 7 to 10 days from the date the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment the goods were initially paid for.
If you would like to be resent your return label(s), then please get in touch with us via our contact us page found here.
We cannot accept returns for special order items or those that are made to measure.
