I am so glad I found this as it has made life a lot easier.
Straight Slipfix Zipbolt
I used this fitment on a landing handrail using glass instead of wooden spindles. The gap between the newels and glass is 50mm fitting into a 15mm groove in the handrail. These zipbolts were easy to fit and secured the handrail perfectly. Initially I was apprehensive in using them after reading other peoples experiences of the threads stripping on the bolts. I didnt experience any of theses problems and believe me I did tighten the bolts up securely.

I've got my staircase in bits and needed quality fixings - fast! Haven't used yet but speed of delivery was excellent, even in these very trying Covid times!

Mostly good
First time using these bolts. Mostly good. used in conjunction with zipbolt jig. However one of the bolt adjusters was a bit stiff, but use of some WD40 eased it so could get tight enough.

Did the job as described with no pitfalls they fit and hold very securely Easy to mark off and fit just made a core plug to infill the underside hole in the rail
