Yale PB S1 nightlatch
The lock is very good, but the instructions could have been clearer. Took longer to fit because of this. Unfortunately the online instructions are just a repeat of the paper ones!

Terrible
This is the most awkward lock I’ve ever fitted. I have been a carpenter for over 40 years and fitted hundreds of locks but this beats them all for complicated difficulty in fitting. I will not recommend this product.

High quality nightlatch
Bought as a replacement for an existing latch, this feels high quality and secure. Fitting was straightforward with good instructions and templates. Only minor niggle is it isn't the smoothest in operation and felt like this out of the box. It takes quite a good slam to close the door from the outside. Perhaps something to do with the integrated deadlock? Overall though, very happy with the purchase.
