Quality Replacement Lock

I have fitted a quality Yale product as a replacement to my french doors, in future I we always replace with good quality products instead of the cheapest alternative.

Gearbox for door

I needed a like for like replacement on a gearbox for my door lock. With ironmongery direct, you can always count on a quality service.

The Yale Lockmaster rather disappointedly is not a viable replacement.

I am still in the throes of trying to find a replacement gearbox. Despite lots of e mails pictures etc. and the excellent help from the team especially Lauren I am left with a conservatory door which is not secure. I live in Cornwall and there are no suppliers in our county so I can't just pop in somewhere and produce the original lock for a pattern. It would seem that a possible solution maybe replacing the whole assembly but it seems very difficult to choose a viable alternative.
