Poor packaging care

This arrived with the handle chipped and a corner bashed enough to remove the paint.

Dent

i received my safe with a dent in the top of the safe. Apart from the dent, the safe is well made and will do the job i want it to. i would buy this item again.

Perfect product shame about the instructions

The Laptop safe as a product is perfect, quality is good. However the first model we received had to go back as we could not get the keypad to unlock. Ironmongery's service and speed of response was amazingly fast and a second safe was received the next day, but apparently with the same fault. Ironmongery very quickly put us in touch with Yale customer services who talked us through the install procedure. Fault was then found in the set up instructions sent out with the safe. Yale emailed set up instructions~ sadly they contain the same error. Safe however now works very well and we must compliment Ironmongery for their brilliant service.

Easy and large

Easy to use and large enough for what I needed this for

Does exactly what I want it to do.

I bought this to store my valuables in at home - including my laptop and they all fit in nicely. Once I discovered how to get the key in the 'override' keyhole (slightly different to how it was in the pictures, which are always difficult to fathom) I found the product to be exactly what I wanted.
