Lock works well, face plate could be better.

Arrived quickly, with reasonable tracking. 20mm lock faceplate could be better finished.

Exactly what was ordered.

Order placement was easy and delivery next day, even though we placed the order late in the day.

Got there in the end

The lack of full instructions made the job a lot longer than necessary. Instruction covered only replacement of an existing lock, not fitting to a door that had different locks fitted. I had the thing apart numerous times, to rout a bit more timber off the door in several places. However, it's all working smoothly now.

Good bit of kit

Bought this to replace an existing older unit in a timber lined door; instructions were ok and was easy to cut down to size. I used 32 tpi hacksaw blade.

Works perfect

Got for new composite door fitted on my new summer house followed instructions as never fitted one before and was quite easy to fit had some adjustments on door frame work but other than that perfect, found a very good self help video on YouTube if IM could do there own it would help much more than the paper instructions as not all scenarios are on paper instructions. really secure item Works perfect..
