Unable to comment on quality of product. However website specifically said that I would need to buy keys. The pack of two locks does contain a key. I am returning the additional keys and have reported the incorrect product description to Customer Services, who have promised me a refund. Not a very positive experience as a new customer of Ironmongery Direct.
