Fantastic Cylinder Lock

Upgraded to this higher grade security cylinder and the build quietly shines through. Yale offer a fantastic, very simple and quick key cutting service of you require more keys too. Could not be happier.

We feel much more secure in our home

Painting the front door ended up in renewing all the furniture and hardware, I became aware our old lock was an easy target for break ins. The anti-snap thumbturn is brilliant, easy to fit (the instructions are supplied in the box) and it comes with 3 keys, a screw to hold it in place within the door and a card with the code if you need more keys cut. Very good buy, looks stunning in the lock too.

Upgraded lock

Only problem was the 2 small pin heads that protrude from the body of the lock, stopping it being push in after removal of old lock. Had to open up lock body with small file to fit new lock.

I like the feel of this, sturdy and strong to the touch - very good.

Average, and slightly misleading

Purchased this to replace my euro cylinder, but the bumps on either side of the cylinder prevent it from sliding into a standard euro escutcheon groove. I had to return it as I couldn't use it. Moreover, the keys appear to be really bad quality, and look cheaply made.
