Outstanding service!
Ordered a couple of keyed-alike locks after breaking the key in one. Set arrived quickly, so fitted them (after struggling to get the door open....) Although labelled (by Yale) as "keyed alike" and in boxes with the same code - they were close, but not the same. When I rang (Reema) she said "Don't bother taking them out to send back - we'll send you a new pair, then send the original pair back when you've done the job" Nice lady - they arrived the next day. (This time, keyed alike). Outstanding - thank you!
