Good ladder and brilliant service
This is an excellent heavy duty ladder. It was competitively priced and delivery was quick and at a time to suit me so fully marks to ironmongery direct. The only downside is the instructions but if you are a competent DIYer you should be able to fit it easily enough. There are some good videos on you tube

Well worth the extra money over its competitors strong solid with steps as opposed to rungs simple to fit & easy instructions

Solid product
Well made, but poor instructions. The two sections are rather long. The mechanism requires the ladder to lift vertically, before folding horizontally. This needs a lot of clearance. Not ideal in our cottage roof!
