Shame.. Handle was colour and design I wanted.
Not a great handle. Didn't realise this was a quick fit system and is not entirely compatible with the handle on the other side of the door. Handle tie rod is made from cast alloy which snapped when Allen screw was tightened (not excessively) so handles rendered useless. The sticky pads are also not very good. Left clamped (lightly) onto the door for 24hrs and twisted off when handled used. Unless you are putting these handles either side of a door, wouldn't recommend this product

Two weeks wait for rest of order after full money was taken without even explaining this on purchace
Ordered 4 handles to fit for customer, full payment was taken, 2 handles delivered then told other 2 handles will be TWO weeks! Finally they turned up…. When installing handles they were faulty!! Absolute joke customer was very upset as had to wait weeks for matching handles to arrive they had an open house day. Very poor will never have trust again in this company.
