went the normal route on this quoted and waited for a month for the confirmation from the customer, when this occurred the price was still the same, and ironmongery direct had given me a 20% discount, only small annoyance was online purchase told me all the items were in stock and after ordering received a call to say items would come direct from manufacturer at a later date, but this was all sorted and ran to plan.

Hinges seem fine but didn't use them

I bought the hinges to replace the ones which had buckled under the weight of the window. These hinges seemed stronger but since I was sent two left hand hinges instead of a pair, and the one I tried to fit was too big, I gave up and straightened the original pair.
