- Intumescent hinge pads are available in 100 x 30 and 100 x 43: search for 'intumescent hinge pads for FD30 and FD60' All of our hinge pads can be cut to size
- A budget steel fire door hinge with twin ball bearings for interior fire doors up to 80kg weight. As with all fire door hinges, hang doors on 3 hinges and use intumescent pads to meet the exact requirements for the fire door rating. Great item for the job
Thought i would try the fastLatch system on my latest job fitting some new oak doors for my client. fantastic quality and quick to fit just drill and tap home. The only let down was the quality of the small screws to fix the latch keep in place, very cheap useless cast screws, heads were deformed even before we tried to use them. best advise and they being so small throw them in the bin and buy some quality replacements to fix the keep in place.
