- Only uses handle on inside allowing access from outside by key only
- Bolt can be held back by snib on inside
- Deadlocked from either side by key to secure against handle being operated when a glass panel may be broken in the door
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations
