About this product
- Latch follower has been successfully cycle tested to 3.5 million operations
- Allows use of heavy unsprung architectural door furniture
- Quick reversible latch making it easy to hand on-site
- 2-piece forend provides simple & clean aesthetics and covers the cylinder retaining screw
- Allows just the outer forend to be removed when the doors are being re-painted or stained
- 30 & 60 minute fire rating for timber doors
- 240 minute fire rating for metal doors
- When the snib is depressed by the strike the latch is deadlocked
- Fully tested to BS EN12209
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations - search for: 'intumescent lock pack'

Got this to replace a chubb lock on a shop previously a post office. Lock is well made and an exact replacement. Fitted in 2 minutes with no alterations to keep.
