Great experience & customer service
Made a mistake and ordered the wrong sized latch. Was able to return quickly with free returns and get the correct size ordered without any issues. Will definitely use again. Latches themselves were bought to replace old locks of the same type, so no issues there as the originals lasted 15 years before breaking in an area of high abuse.
