With buying union id of expected better
I bought the union brand expecting it to be of good quality unfortunately this wasn’t the case, the spindle provided didn’t even fit, the spring on latches was poor I highly recommend you stay away !

Faulty mechanism but replaced without question
Lock would not latch properly, getting stuck inside the casing when opening, 2 times in three. Unusual for a top brand and not Ironmongery Direct's fault. Superb replacement system and truly excellent customer service from Ironmongery Direct (over the Christmas period, as well). I cannot rate the replacement fully, because not yet fitted by my carpenters. Definitely recommend them.
