Doesn’t work to specification. Will only lock/unlock from one end. No response from emails sent. Poor service

Nice but expensive

The keep is excellent and cast just like the originals in our house. The lock itself is also pretty good but overall it’s not very good value for money, it’s quite expensive.

Quality Rim Lock

Superior quality Rim Lock. Feels well made and a heavy weight. A close match to my original Victorian GWR locks still in use after a hundred years.

The lock was as described and dispatched when promised. A problem with one of the keys but the help desk dealt with it immediately, no quibbles and very impressive standard of after care - thank you

Needed new lock for 180 year old office door

The old rim lock was broken, and I wanted to keep the old escutcheon plate in place, which meant finding a rim lock with the same 53mm backset. I had to drill a new hole for the spindle, and chisel out the new catch, but otherwise, just right. A reassuring click as I close and now lock the office door.
