Good service and quick delivery
Very quick delivery and product as described. Was able to easily replace old product with, looks like new. Price was very competitive too.
Union Rim lock - 3 x price but REALLY worth it!
I have bought cheap rim locks but the quality is awful and they break. If you can get past the clunky ordering system on Ironmongery Direct without losing your patience the Union lock is worth buying. The mechanism is strong and smooth so, although it costs with VAT and postage 3 times the cheaper versions from say B&Q or Screwfix it's worth it as you only have to fit it once.
