After making an enquiry via phone at 4.30 in the afternoon and ordering on line afterwards, following help and advice from customer service, the goods were delivered the next morning. What a service and good quality product. I definitely recommend Ironmongery Direct!!

Brilliant Service all round

I wanted to replace all the internal door handles. I was recommended the company by a pro (I'm only a DIY'er) and I'm so glad I used them. The on line chat was brilliant in advising me and helping me to make my selection. The quality is good, the pricing competitive, and they were delivered VERY quickly. I had to send the bathroom ones back as I'd ordered the wrong ones. The return was free but I did have to pay for the replacement to be sent, which was absolutely fair enough. My card was refunded quickly. If it's quality and value you want forget the DIY stores and use these guys. One tip - I put what I wanted in my basket and they sat there a couple of days and was sent a discount code for first order - so don't be in too much of a hurry!
