Smart looking, functional handles let down by clunky locking mechanism & poor quality fixing screws

Very pleased with the look and smart, modern functional design and good quality finish of these handles bought to replace tatty old fussy brass handles on bathroom door. The spindle for the lock has to be cut size (carefully as it spares do not appear to available if you overdo it) which is strange as the latch spindle is standard 35mm thick door. The lock is also a bit clunky compared to a similar handles fitted to our cloakroom door; so one star deducted. Another star deducted for the fixing screws. I could not find a driver from my extensive collection that would engage positively and as the screw heads are rather soft, this is a problem.
