- NOTE: Due to the heavy spring within the latch, these tubular latches are not suitable for sprung door furniture

Good morning, This handle is designed for use with bathroom locks or a latch and a deadbolt. If you want a handle for use with just a latch you can purchase the latch set- code 609747. I hope this helps. Take care
