Quality Handles

Bought these handles for 5 flats that we are refurbishing, the handles look and feel more expensive than they actually cost. Screws that come with the handles are not the usual cheap rubbish, these are decent wood screws. I would recommend these handles to anyone looking for a nice quality polished chrome handle at a reasonable price

Poor Quality Handle

I was very disappointed with these cheap handles - the shape is good however the polished chrome looked as if it had fine scratches - I know they are cheap however I did not think they would have looked good enough to put into our newly renovated 1930's style house - we sent them back and reordered the Elan Altea which was made of chromed brass which was much better quality. I was really happy with Ironmongery direct shipping was very quick and very easy to send back - although I did ring them they even offered to check their other stock to see if they also had fine scratches on, however they didn't ring me back to let me know and I had already decided to try a different manufacturer and spend a little bit more. My credit payment was refunded quickly and I would not hesitate to recommend Ironmongery direct to anyone, trade and diy customer like myself. Thank you for your service of your staff.

Smooth and nice feel

So far so good with this handle. Feels good and well built -can't wait to fit !

Look superb

Used these on all our upstairs doors and delighted. They look superb and are of good quality with positive springs, no play and a very nice feel. The good length plate is useful as it easily covers the screw holes of the old, shorter handles. They are very easy to fit with the only trimming necessary being the length of the bathroom turn lock spindles so all done in a morning. Excellent service with next day delivery too. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the nasty screws supplied. The heads look horrible when in place so I threw them all away and purchased some good quality 1" x 6 raised head chrome slotted screws that are far more in keeping with the handles.
