Help from sales team with replacement
I had some issues with a handle that arrived and the lock mechanism did not fit but after several communications with the sales team this was eventually resolved and a replacement was dispatched at speed.

Perfect!
I have been looking for replacement handles for what seemed like forever. Trying to find the right size was almost impossible. Ironmongery had the nearest size to what I wanted without me having to drill more holes into my doors! I ordered the door kits and thought they were very good value.
