Touchpoint is a range of light duty locks ideally suited for low use projects and housing

- Altro Easi T tubular latches are heavy duty latches designed for use with door handles and door knobs
- The heavy double spring action will return the lever or knob to its original position, and the soft bolt spring ensures the door closes quietly and smoothly
- The latch comes with a removable forend, which enables you to change the plate finish without removing the latch from the door
- Apart from the 64mm case size, the latches have pierced cases that will accept bolt-through door handles
- NOTE: Due to the heavy spring within the latch, these tubular latches are not suitable for sprung door furniture
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations

Great secure lock for bathroom door. Easy to fit for a general DIY standard of knowledge.
Good Unit
Made the mistake of undoing an old lock, it never went back properly and kept jamming. Triple checked the measurements and ordered this unit, slid right in with minimal adjustment, just a couple of millimetres trimming to the edge of the door to make sure the front page at flush.

Good value
For use where the door is not frequently used this product seems ideal. Clearly you can pay up to twice the price for this type of lock but if it’s not needed to take a lot of wear and tear then this product represents real value.

A problem to fit
The bathroom lock is a good fit for the existing hole in the door. However, the locations of the two holes for inserting the rods for connecting to the lock mechanism to the handles on either side of the door aren't quite coincident with the 1980's lock it replaces. So reassembling the whole lock has not been easy
