Very good product, shame about the packaging

Bought the sash window hooks. However, came in a too large unrecyclable plastic bag. Time for a review of how you pack things. Really no excuse for this sort of packaging. Even Amazon have cut it out.

Hard job finding this item white

Item cheap, but felt postage a bit high 300% the price of the items purchased, and then 20% VAT added to postage charge a little over the top, but that's life, if you want something and its limited where you can get it, don't moan but just buy, for life is too short to worry about the odd pound gained or lost. now having had my moan, the service was excellent, emailed saying accepted order, then another saying when it would be delivered, and then another saying the time slot it would be delivered in, now that is something worth paying for.
