Good customer service
There was a blemish of missing chrome finish on otherwise good handles. I spoke to Customer service, Ellice, who was very helpful and arranged a new set to be sent out.

Perfect for the job
They're not heavy weight but they don't feel cheap either. Naturally the lock is only there to prevent people walking into the bathroom, etc. It's not going to stand up to much interrogation. For the price, good quality and super easy to fit.
