Just what I was after
For a hardwood bench buy the sea so needed the fixings not to rust out in the sea air, well happy.
Ideal screw for job
Robust screw, deep pozi head gives great grip for power driver bit, ideal for job(assembling cedar greenhouse)

- Multi-purpose classic pozi wood screws are specially designed to perform efficiently in hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic and thin sheet metal
- Made from A2 stainless steel which offers exceptional reliability and strength - the perfect choice for exterior use where corrosion resistance is of importance
- Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking
- Partially threaded - lengths 80mm and above all have 70mm thread length
- Patented lubrication, designed to enhance screw insertion time and provides greater resistance to corrosion
- 25° sharp point for easy penetration
- 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance
- Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility
- Stainless steel must be used where there is corrosive environment and/or the base material has inherent corrosive characteristics e.g. Green Oak.
- CE approved
- Note: a pilot hole is recommended for all stainless steel screws

Fragile Screw Heads
Stainless steel screws purchased for use in conjunction with treated softwood in outdoor setting. Screw heads strip frequently (used with good quality driver bit) when meeting reasonable resistance.

Cheap screws
when using an impact driver the screws will snap more often then not even when pre drilled, utter plop
