About this product
- Multi-purpose classic pozi wood screws are specially designed to perform efficiently in hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic and thin sheet metal
- Made from A2 stainless steel which offers exceptional reliability and strength - the perfect choice for exterior use where corrosion resistance is of importance
- Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking
- Fully threaded - screws are partially threaded above and including 80mm length to assist with clamping of materials
- Patented lubrication, designed to enhance screw insertion time and provides greater resistance to corrosion
- 25° sharp point for easy penetration
- 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance
- Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility
- Stainless steel must be used where there is corrosive environment and/or the base material has inherent corrosive characteristics e.g. Green Oak.
- CE approved
- Note: a pilot hole is recommended for all stainless steel screws
