Good concept ruined by use of cheap materials

I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing this. The rubber is so firm that it does not flex. Instead, the leading edge of the door simply digs the rubber out of its not particularly secure grooves and scrunches it under the door. If the rubber was soft and compliant this product would be excellent.

Some limitations

I chose this over another brand because it was a sensible width for trimming down to a wide front door. The info suggests you have a 5mm tolerance on the seal to door gap but in practice it is a very hard compound so I found I needed a second seal on the bottom of the door or there seemed too much resistance on closing.

Easily cut to size. Good flexible rubber seals.
