I recently installed a new timber door in my Victorian home. This seemed the best option as the door opens inwards. It works perfectly and was very straightforward to install. It also looks the part in Black!

For extra wide door

Black blended in with the barn conversion, also the extra widw door.

Does the job, instructions could be better

Installed it today, seems to be fine. Quite tricky to get the gap between floor and an old Victorian door just right -- the tolerance is small -- and you are unlikely to be able to do this without taking the door off a couple of times. The scrappy little instruction sheet provided is unclear (a) on which sides are inside and outside, and (b) how to get the rubber gaskets under the threshold into the threshold (hint - spray the channel with silicone lubricant then pull through from the end).
