Bought to replace an old threshold and after cutting it diwn to size it fits perfectly. Good protection for 20+mm gap without interupting the door opening.

Just what I needed.

I bought this to replace a rotten wood step and damaged aluminium threshold. Never fitted anything like this before but was straight forward dispite no instructions included. The section diagram was very helpful, especially on the placement of the rubber seals. Note the item came with the seals partially installed, but one of them was upside down so better to check the diagram closely.

Put this on a new door frame and door on the front of my property, I fitted it over the posts and screeed it in from below, the 1000mm length was handy as my door is 930mm wide. It gives a good weather and draught seal, I live on the north coast of Scotland so it has been well tested. Would happily recommend this threshold seal.
