Excellent replacement for old storm guard wide gap hinge, making the casement windows fit tight and like new. Great to be able continue using the windows as like new in every other way.

Right Hinges that I could not find anywhere.

With older style windows in a conservation area, was struggling to find these hinges anywhere. Butt hinges etc. are no good and these hinges must have been common at one time. I was taking off my 2 main windows and my smaller windows to repaint everything. I was already one hinge short (metal fatigue) plus another one was bent. Eventually found these on Ironmongery Direct and as they looked right ordered 3 pairs to give some future reseves if a problem. Exactly what I wanted but really don't know why not available anywgere else I looked online.

I bought this for a job I was working on but slightly misread the spec. What I got was excactly as discribed but was nearly but not quite what I needed, It was my mistake.I ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered on Monday. I could not fault them, actually they were spot on.
