Easy to use but be aware

I bought these to replace the old 8lb weights which were no longer enough due to reglazing. They are shorter than the old 8lb weights and easy to thread with sash cord. I measured the box to check they would fit diameter wise and had 2 or 3 mm to spare however once fitted the caught on the access panels as the moved up and down because there are square and the whole window is tilted very slightly back at the top. In hindsight I would have been better off adding 1lb makeweights to the originals as they are round and I would have saved money.
