Incompatible parts.

Unfortunately the spindles supplied with pre drilled and tapped holes do not take the grub screws for the bakelite effect door handles you also supplied. The grub screws seem to be a different size/thread to the spindles ( unless I ordered the wrong spindles? ). Also disappointed that the handles are not supplied with the grub screws. Their absence could have been pointed out? Quality of handles are very good.

Good quality

The spindles were good quality but they were to wide for my door handles.

Just the job

So many door knobs come with bars that allow the knobs to slip off with time. Buy these to stop that, you can screw directly into the holes, knob goes nowhere.

Significant omission

Bought three tapered spindles. Why? Because existing spindle had broken. But where are the grubs??? And why doesn’t the order book make clear that the grubs come with handles? In effect USELESS. I have spindles. I have existing knobs. But no grubs - and you won’t send me these separately. Very frustrating. Unlikely to use you again.
