I'm disabled and have a disabled family so we have one large standard Road mobility scooter and my mobility scooter that is a road and off-road scooter I had built a custom-designed trailer that we could toe sensibly with our motability car we looked at WAV vans but they were just too big but because I wanted this trailer to be extremely secure there were 6 very strong padlocks two on the rear ramp two on the leisure battery power supply box 1 onto the box for the motorised systems to move and open the trailer remotely and they further on a security lock for the towbar but it was a pain trying to open each lock every time you needed access to the system I had seen some locks that had same key offers but they were not secure enough admittedly this was not a cheap decision to make but the class of lock I now have is an extremely high security lock made from boron so it would be very difficult to cut but also the way they were designed it's not easy to access the arch of the padlock to cut but also the padlocks came with the 10-year guarantee best of all I now no longer need to carry a set of jailers keys around with me one simple key for the whole set this has made life so much easier Another thing that was outstanding due to the cost I wanted some advice first I made a phone call to the company they answered all my questions both professionally and politely and were able to help me navigate their website as I am a severe dyslexic and even though I use a screen reader it is not helpful with a lot of online purchases because most sites use pictures to direct to certain information but the company was more than helpful they managed to show me every dimension I needed even bring up technical drawings this in itself was even more helpful It was successful enough for me to place a order feeling comfortable I would get the right product I placed my order at around 5 p.m. the following morning it was delivered before 12 noon The product I received was exactly as described arrived sensibly packed and within the timescale quoted The only thing I would ask of the company and I say this to allot of online companies is to have a small sign on the homepage just a picture or something that shows a sign indicating a direct number for disabled people where you don't have to go through options but also if you are able to send them proof that you are in receipt of disabled benefit you have the VAT removed I have ticked trade under experience as I have a mechanical and engineering as well as building background until I became disabled after a stroke
