I understand that generally it is hard to pay this much for a pack of screws ! But unless you try them you won’t understand just how good they are, worth every penny, they are almost invisible in our hardwood decking unless your standing over them, tiny heads in a line, they look great. Also don’t go anywhere but ironmongery direct, ordered at 16.45 Tuesday, arrived Wednesday lunchtime, amazing.

A new skill (or device?) required.

I'm very familiar with countersink screws but these cylindrical heads were tricky to drive in flush but not sinking too deep. I used them to fix 25mm marine ply flooring to Masonite beams. If there is a device for "countersinking" a cylindrical head, I've not heard of one. Using an oversize drill bit was very crude.
