There in the end
I bought this to replace a broken one at work, it arrived from Ironmongery Direct as instructed but was broken, once I contacted them they sent a replacement the following day, that also arrived via the courier broken. Katherine at customer service was excellent, she bent over backwards to sort it out and arrange for another with additional padding be sent the following day, it arrived safely thanks
