Worthwhile Frame sealer
This stuff is cheap but every bit as good as the most expensive brands. Runs along constantly and smoothly.

Super sticky
Adheres well. Solvented - smells strong which also reassures me of its strength lol Is a bit "grainy" and gritty. Easy to work with. Product data sheet says overpaintable.... I used some primer on bear wood got it on the silicone and it didnt stick well. So maybe it's only solvent based paints that are over printable... which would make sense. Not a problem as I'll be using alkyld based undercoat next. Good price

Perfect for sealing metal windows against brick
I bought this product because it is perfect for sealing metal windows against brickwork. It has a strong bond and has a pleasing rubbery but matt finish when it dries. This makes it blend nicely with the brick and concrete surrounds of my metal critter style windows.
