Does the job once you get it installed properly. No installation instructions and there is a spring in the box and it’s not obvious, at least to me, where it goes.

I bought this tool in the anticipation of jobs, it’s a great addition to my Sauber mortiser, it’s good product with the feel of sturdy build about it, the mortiser works very well and is very well priced. It’s very fast and does what it says in the can, for really expensive doors I finish with a cutter slightly smaller than required and finish with a chisel just to make sure.
