Dimensions appear to be correct but the design pushes the windows too far out to open sideways.

Be careful. They may not be the right size. Although the dimensions (length and width) were the same as the ones I was replacing, the recess is in a slightly different position. This means once fitted the windows wouldn't swing outwards as the hinge had moved the entire window to one side.
