Good afternoon, Unfortunately we would require some further information to be able to advise. Typically it is important that the hanger occupies 60% of the joist height, to stop any rotation etc when installed – and is key to making sure the joist is installed safely. We would need to know how big the scaffolding boards that you are using are and what the end reaction is, as in the amount of force going through the joist at the end.
