Not fit for purpose. As others have said, the so called "security pins" fall out. ID have known about the issue for ages and failed to address the issue. Their "manager" offered to send replacements (which never turned up) but what if your on site 50 miles from home and they fall apart?. 100 mile round trip to replace?. ID need to sort this out and stop selling them as "security hinges". Not fit for purpose.As for their customer service,shocking and I've dealt with them for 20yrs+.

Bought 8. During installation 5 of them broke! By broke I mean the ‘security bolt’ that makes them a ‘security‘ hinge just fell off! They are just not welded at all but friction fitted. In hindsight I would rather spend double and get something that works and instills confidence.
