2nd purchase of these hinges, easy to fit, smooth running and allows easy cleaning AND painting... nice that the window opens really wide, which I'm sure would help if you need to climb out the window. Am slowly replacing all window hinges in the house with these.

Plastic components on the original hinges had split leading to the bottom hinge sliding out of alignment. Shopped around for a few weeks until I spotted these hinges. These are well made and easy enough to fit if you have experience.

Good quality for this type of hinge
Brought these for my own kitchen window at home. They are better quality than the hinges usually fitted on UPVC windows still not outstanding but far better than standard.

I bought these friction stays in a hurry to satisfy Building control. I ordered them at 6 in the evening, they got delivered at 11 the next morning, took me 10 minutes to fit, building was signed off the next day. Very happy with the result!
