Simplex kits provide the perfect solution when cleaning high or inaccessible sash windows
About this product
- Simplex kits provide the perfect solution when cleaning high or inaccessible sash windows
- These kits do not interfere with the normal operation or appearance of the sash window
- The slotted hinges are located onto the baton rod adjacent to the bottom sash. With the bottom sash lifted slightly, position 2 screws / studs onto the bottom sash just above the slot. When the sash is lowered the screws locate into the slotted hinges and become hinged
- When the baton rod screw is removed, the internal bead can then be hinged back out of the way to release the lower sash which can then be swung into the room giving access to the glass from both sides
- The cord clutch and grip both support the sash weight once the window is accessed Kit Contains :
- 1 x cord clutch
- 1 x cord grip
- 2 x slotted hinges
- 2 x staff bead hinges
- 1 x staff bead screw

Don't hesitate
This kit is ideal for a sash window refurb' without getting too deep into the guts of the sash operating system, changing all the parts on show & simple to fit as it is a straight replacement for the parts already fitted.The chrome finish is of a good high quality. With this in mind I am planning on purchasing more of the kits but this time in brass for the other windows around my home. Highly recommended with a fast delivery and a good price.
