- Cam action closers require a lower force to open the door, making them an ideal choice for where the Equality Act 2010 has to be considered
- Track arm door closers are ideal for areas where there is little incentive of care and possible misuse because there is no protruding arm when the door is closed
- The rapid decrease in opening force from the cam action meets the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 (BS8300)
- Dual handed and includes a universal fixing pack for push or pull side mounting
- Closing and latch speed adjustments for a perfect closing action
- 120 minute fire rating

High Price
I was going to spend £40 on one of these door closers. However I wondered what an extra £60 would get you. Effectively you get what you pay for. Super adjustable, excellent quality and looks modern. Really nice product
