I needed this as a replacement for one I had damaged earlier. Rang 0930 Sunday morning, very efficient and pleasant lady took my order. No problems. The real surprise was that the item arrived, at my home on the Isle of Wight, at 1500 the following day. NOW THAT IS SERVICE above and beyond. I've ordered items before from this company, and cannot fault the quality of their merchandise and the service offered.

Nice quality bracket
Bought these to fit to a 2500mm hanging rail in a walk in wardrobe. The brackets were nice quality but the screws awful quality. Being a tradesman, I would rather pay 50p more for the product and get 2 good screws with it. Why make a nice bracket and add 2 crap quality screws with it?? It is like Ferrari putting remoulds on their cars as standard!! 4 stars reflect the screw issue. Manufacturers please note : Trades now use pozi 2 as standard and would like good quality Pz2 screws not PH it Flats!! It is not a secret and has been going on for 20 years!!!
